Lidl Northfleet Gravesend

Hi all, i have got to go to Lidl Northfleet Gravesend tomorrow. What is the easiest way to get to it, cos i’ve been looking on google maps and it looks a right ball ache to get to, unless i’m being completely stupid. I will be going anti clockwise around the M25.
If someone could give me some clear directions that would be great.

Nick

Come off A2 at ebsfleel follow for int station after lights for station follow to main lights turn right follow to RB straight over thru lights to next RB straits across thru tunnel end of road turn left . Don’t follow sat nav there is a weight limit

Come off the M25 at the A2 exit heading for Canterbury, leave the A2 at the Ebbsfleet International exit and follow the signs for the international train station then pick up the signs for Northfleet, bottom of the hill at the lights go right then straight over at the roundabout. Keep on that that road for a couple of miles, follow the signs for Northfleet industry at the next roundabout again straight over go under the bridge and Lidl is on your right go to the ‘T’ junction and turn left the entrance is about 500 yards on your left.

Do not leave the A2 at the Gravesend exit as there is a 7.5t weight limit between Sainsburys and Gravesend industrial estate.

Pretty much spot on, follow the signs for Ebbsfleet International station and from there the satnav should take you straight to it.

Cheers guys. Much appreciated!

Well your directions were spot on. I found it with no problems at all. Only problem is, I’ve been told I’ve got a good few hours wait to get on a bay! Oh well, as long as I’m out by 15:30 I should get home ok. Time for a snooze me thinks!

Don’t forget you have to unload yourself. My mate got on the bay and sat there for an hour before he realised.

I’ve done lidls many times, just not this one! Bet your mate felt like a right plank!
Oh yeah after arriving here at 09:00 I’m still waiting for a bay.

Finally got out of that hole at 13:30!

Sorry to hijack your thread but are all lidl depots now run by DHL?

They’ve taken over livingston, livingston used to be every man and there dog doing the transport. I thought maybe it was a UK wide thing maybe it’s only Scotland.

Northfleet is DHL cos all the trucks had the DHL logo on. Wouldn’t know about the rest.

Northfleet is operated by Lidl, DHL supply approx. 60% of the transport

Dhl must run some of the transport oop Norf as I saw one delivering to the lidl at seaforth a couple of weeks back

Seriously shocked. Never thought I’d see the day when the Germans let someone else make a buck out of them. But I suppose it’s another Kraut company.

was it a nightmare getting into there as ive been told Lidl deliveries are a nightmare ?

All lidl and aldi deliveries are generally a long old affair! Some can be absolute chaos due to lack of parking, you end up with trucks everywhere. Northfleet was easy to get into as there was just about enough parking for everyone.
Some of the depots are really tight as well and getting on the bays can be quite tricky!

Lidl and Aldi depots tend to (like their stores) be built from a pretty standard set of plans. Which is all well and good if you drive a left ■■■■■■. Unfortunately, most of us don’t.
