After passing mod 4 YOU have to send licence and blue test pass certificate to DVLA
Make sure you scan licence and mod 4 cert before sending because you do not get any of those back
Once you have passed Mod 4 (and no longer need the photocard licence) you must sign and date the bottom of the blue certificate, and send it off along with your photocard licence. The address is on the back of the blue certificate - DVLA, SWANSEA, SA99 1BR.
As above, take copies of your certificate before you send it as you don’t get this back. I’d also advise you send the envelope recorded to ensure it gets to them - I imagine it would be a nightmare if it got lost in the post.
Finally, when your photocard is returned, check that entitlements have been added correcly. You MUST send this off within two years of passing your test, otherwise you will lose the entitlement.

So i should get another certificate for passing that’s the one I need to send off ?
The one you send off is the blue one from passing your driving test. The red one is for Mod 4 and that stays with you.
