License Categories

Hi, I have just received my provisional license plastic card but it has arrived with no additional categories on. But when I check the ‘view license details online’ page from gov website, it says I have the categories on my license. Is this normal?

Also, there isn’t any C+E category on there either even though I ticked the box on the form. It has the following that I can now provisionally drive:

Category : A
Category : B
Category : C1
Category : C
Category : D1
Category : D

Is this normal? Thank you

P.S. Been waiting since 5th September 2021 for this to arrive so at least it’s actually come haha

Oooh… thank you for the info… Is that a new thing as I’m sure I know older people with the entitlements on there’s even tho they ain’t applied.

I applied for my provisional in 2019 before they brought in the new test system this year I had to email the DVLA to have the C+E provisional entitlement added.
