Just got my renewed card licence. There is a 3 disc symbol on the reverse left side, with the central disc coloured yellow (amber?). Can you tell me to what this refers?

It doesn’t mean anything, it’s just a design and/or security feature.
A newly designed driving licence has been issued this year apparently with some new security features, I haven’t seen one but assume the discs you’re referring could be part of the new security features.

It means you are just an average driver - if it was green then you would be a perfect driver … and red = crap driver
