You missed it from the list. I know this is a truckers site,but there are quite a few multi-trained people.
Perhaps you should have included such things as B, C1, D1, D1E, Hiab, VMP26, VMP100, NASA…

I’ve had a C+E, or a so-called Class 1, licence for nearly 40 years, but haven’t used it since January 2007 because of arthritis - and anyway, I’m now retired.
Does anyone know what the average age of C & C+E licence holders is today…?
C+E (old HGV 1) since 1979.

out of habit I ticked Class 1 , having said that due to the last medical I’ve been “down sized” to the puddle jumper on local work 
and its doing my head in.
