In the last couple of weeks I’ve had a potential customer come to me after passing his theory tests for an assessment, when checking his provisional entitlement it hasn’t been added by the DVLA.
Have any other trainers or wanna be drivers had experience of this?
It seems to of come to light after the abolishment of the paper counterpart.

Exactly but it’s happend.waiting for an explanation from the relevant body.

Has the entitlement been added, theories done then instead of registering the passes of the theory they have taken entitlement off for some reason?

Any idea if licence checks at the theory test centres have moved to the new ‘live’ system yet?
With the number of speed cameras I could imagine people potentially not even knowing about a totting up ban (for example).
