Recent events particularly with my mum have led me to make the decision. Obviously this is not my leading sales method but just one of many.

IMO the business is your expertise and customer service so I fail to see how you could sell that !!
What is probably for sale is the vehicle(/s?), the diary and goodwill.
But the goodwill is limited when you take the main man out of the equation.
I wish John all the best and hope he’s not being pushed too hard into this by personal circumstances.

You have bulit up a good rep with the name Flair LGV training so why would you chance selling that to another who might drag it into the mud which may then have you associated with that ?
