Me dads Leyland Lynx first day out 1969 I think?

I never drove one but a mate of mine had a “J” reg Lynx unit and never rated it.
He must have liked it mate cos he had another brand new on an L reg.
When I was a drivers mate on Banbury Building at Coventry, we had 5 new Lynx artic in 1971, it was a big step up from the Albions we had, anyway we had a relief driver called Alistair Stewart and I had to go with him for a couple of weeks, he blew 2 of them up in as many weeks, one was being over run down towards N/Pagnell, can’t remember where he did the other one, Driver abuse,? I think so!!!
