I realise it seems like a daft question, but I’ve had a good look about & can’t find anything, basically I got done in Belguim for sleeping in a day cab, I escaped the massive fine- it can be up to €2200 so its a tad serious.
My thought is it has to be a seperate area for sleeping, it can be be tight & not permanent I’m guessing, as per the pic below in a small cab, looks like the seats slide forward a tad & bunk folds down, but other than a roof pod as per the eastern euros have on there 3.5t box vans or a cab extention- which not posible in this case, I can’t see any other way around it? I know some have removed passenger seats & made a bed area that side but still has to extend over the drivers seat area.
