In theory yes, the unit should take that in terms of current draw, which will be double what is normal though when you pull a trailer with bulbs on. You’ll also never get any warning when you have a genuine lamp failure on the trailer.
my 13 plate stralis came with a unit fitted to the rear of the cab which all the electrical lines run through, this means I can connect any trailer led equipped or a mixture of bulb and led’s and it stops the unit throwing up bulb faults on the trailer, I will try and get a picture if you like.
