LED Indicator

This is the closest forum I can see for technical problems, so I thought I would post my issue in the hope of some good advice.

My trailer has LED rear light clusters that I have never noticed a problem with until I recently changed some wires.

So having cut through a birds nest of wires (after the junction box) that feed marker lights and tidied things up. I also tidied up the wires tinning the bare wire ends etc. from the box to the light clusters. I haven’t touched the feed side at all.

If you switch on the indicators they work as they should however I now have a ghost feed to both the indicators so they glow dimly all the time.

I have checked the power at the susie line and there is a constant power feed to the indicators circuits. I can’t think that this would be normal! I’m currently thinking that the susie is defective and I don’t have a spare till the shops open tomorrow!

Can someone tell me whether there should be a constant feed here or not?
