has any one come across these led convoy ducks for the truck dash board,it says 24v on the box,but i fancy having it in me van,would it blow the fuse by using it on 12v,i would think not but didnt want to ruin it,cheers
My thinking is it would just be very dim mate… U could always change the original 24v bulb for its matching 12v counterpart…
It will just be a lot duller than it would if you plunged it into 24v

its a sealed unit u see so no way of changing the bulbs,its a cool looking thing,the rubber duck off the convoy movie thats eyes and cigar lite up with leds,
Just do what my brother did, buy one from deathproofduck.com and drill holes in it for 12v LEDs! 
Now thas briliant,im goning to buy one!

i paid 21quid for mine,its plastic with led eyes and cigar,think it wil look the part ont dashboard!
