how long have you been doing this job for ?
you are a number.
but luckily for you, in your next job you will be called by your name not the last 3 letters of the registration plate.
good luck in your new job, i know you are going to like the shift pattern, the money, the lorry and the work.
ill see your 5 years and raise you 10 years of loyal service as a Kitchen Porter for a local crap-hole of a hotel
I kept on being told “your a valued member of the team” never once had a pay rise just earned the minimum wage I asked for a pay rise never got…
so I used my life savings to get my HGV licence hoping to start a new life with it then just before Christmas 2012 it all went wrong my first driving gig was a disaster
not only that I was working my 8 week notice at the time after my boss did a song and dance number about me quitting “you can’t just up and leave like that what about your notice…”
and I was still owed a debt after all the things I did like coming in on my days off and coming in during my holidays and doing extra shifts… it did not mean a thing… yes he did plunged that knife deep in my back and accused me of walking out during a shift… which never happened…
and ya know what if I ruled the world I would have that slimy prick and his co-conspirators rounded up and tossed in a active volcano… but that would be too lenient
