What are you wishing to lease,as truck leasing companies do more than just lease trucks thesedays?
Also,it all depends on what you want it for.

upto 44tonne tractor, just be using for general haulage but might try get into tipping 
2 companies I work for/ have worked for on the agency,use BRS Truck Rental,and Hill Hire for up to 44t vehicles.
However,most of the truck dealers will lease you a vehicle as well,and as your at Carlisle,there’s plenty of them in the area.

If you want to get into tipping Dont forget when leasing to check out if the vehicle is fitted with a “wet pack”.
If not can you fit one without incurring extra costs over and above the cost of the wet pack?
Some leasing companies may baulk at the idea.
If running at 44t as most bulkers do you should have IMO at least 440 hp engine
