Why has the end of Lea Road in Waltham Abbey become a dumping ground for foreign lorry drivers to dump their rubbish while they are on rest overnite or weekend. Come through there every day from river lee tow path and have seen them throw their rubbish in one big heap. Should be reported.

glad i park just down road at britannia road which is a lorry park from 6pm to 7am.

They leave there rubbish, because it’s like animals mark there territory.
