For some reason,i can not get in to the correct forum,so it is on this one for now.
Have you seen the amount of numpties not wearing seat belts/on the mobile phones,you see all the kids restrained,but the driver or passenger will not wear a belt,so when they have a RTC,and are knocked out,they can not assist to get the kids out,if the car or MPV,SUV,4X4 caught fire.
Lots of drivers going around with blown light bulbs too.
maybe they are exempt 
i was pulled in by vosa a few years ago. while they were checking the charts, a copper came over to me, and explained that he noticed i wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.
i then explained, that i only need to wear one if the vehicle has them fitted, and this truck is 11 years old, so it dosn’t have them.
“well what’s that then?” he said.
“errrrm, a seat belt” i replied 
i honestly hadn’t noticed it had them.
