Add should state! Latvian with very good English language skills to work for minimum wage is required to supervise a team of Latvian drivers who don’t speak a de ingleeesh! 
Pedantic I accept but, wouldn’t Latvian be “Nationality” rather than “race”?

I am also from Latvia. Can I just say one thing, this is not a very good company with a bad reputation and crazy owners. Good Latvian truck drivers can earn not bad money doing international work but in England its better to work for bosses who are English, black or whatever, but not Latvian.

Not that it excuses the ad wording, but a point I’m surprised nobody picked up on is that its (or should that be it’s? 
) possible the transport office running the trucks in the uk was/is in Latvia, hence the need to regularly speak to Latvians. Nowhere did it say anything about only delivering to Latvians!
Bit like driving for, say, Woodsides, Preston, but being controlled from a TO in Ireland.
can you imagine the hassle you would get for advertising something on the lines of:
“hgv drivers wanted, most work is carried out at night, and for health and safety reasons we can not employ black, or asian people.”

Well, if that was the case then the transport office would be making the vast majority of its (no apostrophe 
) phone calls to England and so it would pretty much be a given that they all spoke fluent English. It’s more likely that they are looking for people who, being away from their home country with a view to saving money, do not have such encumbrances as children and a home life to concern themselves about.
Personally, If job was advertised in UK it should be open to anyone…as the law requires i believe.
Since when does a trucky need to talk to someone in latvia to pick up and deliver goods in uk.

TBH I have not, and by that than I have to say that British people are in 70 % + racist as there was no day in this country I spent without being discriminated due to my Country of origin.

I suppose it depends how you define “racist” or “discriminated”.
I have never acted in an offensive way towards anyone of any race, colour or creed simply because of their ethnic origins. At the same time I believe UK immigration policy over the last 50 years or so has had a hugely detrimental effect on working people- immigration only happens because those with wealth and power wish to drive wages downwards.
I believe that immigration should be cut to near-zero, and that every incentive should be given to recent immigrants to return to their countries of origin.
I also do not believe that there is greater intolerance of foreigners in the UK than in any of the other 25+ countries I have visited in my job.

I hope you mean also return of any British Nationals from wherever they are in the same time. Otherwise I have to strongly disagree with you. Global migration went too far to stop it. That is the centuries of world history. Also British history.
