It looks great! I’ve booked to train in this beast in September. Really looking forward to it!
I figured if I train in the massive XXL, I’ll have the confidence to drive anything once passed…but part of me wonders if the TGS, or even W&D, would have improved my chances of passing first time. Hope not! I reckon my excitement for the larger vehicle will translate into extra determination to master it.
I’m doing the Residential course. Do you still offer a hotel or am I expected to sleep in the cab??

It can certainly be requested and, if available for the dates you want, it’s yours. But we do reserve the right to change in the event of mechanical issues which affect everyone from time to time.

It’s not. Is was cancelled a few weeks ago when the local Iveco dealership let us down with some warranty work on one we’ve already got. So that was our protest if you like.
Then, absolutely coincidentally, the decision was made to beef up the artic side of the fleet which has happened.
But what didn’t happen was updating our website which is now misleading. My bad 
This will be seen to straight away.
As a result of all this, we end up with a mix of man or auto drawbars and auto artics. So there’s something for everyone I hope!

Betty swallocks comes to mind…they made me do three jobs today…the first time in my first 6 months it was a killer reckon i lost a pound in weight easily…jumping on and off that semi-low loader.
Yes I don’t come on forum much as don’t feel I have anything useful to add very often to the newbies…not enough experience to offer. I should do really for my first year in Class 1 work as an example and how varied and dodgy it can be especially in my sector [emoji1]

Make a call to the office and ask for it. The original plan was to put it on the road from 1st June but I think that may have changed. It’s worth asking.
