Has anyone heard about langdons at Barnsley recruiting.
Haven’t heard but then I dont hear what goes on in my depot .
I’m pretty sure there is a notice pinned up advertising for jobs at their drivers window, however no idea how long it’s been there or whether still after drivers?

Langdons (Nagel-Langdons) were advertising for drivers at Barnsley a couple of weeks back and have been looking for a while. You could try looking on their website careers section.
Barnsley depot is A628 approx 2 km towards Manchester from j37 M1 (on the right).

Another place where trampers get paid less than nights. I’d place high probability that the “vacancies” are not for ‘nights’ therefore. 
Think all the work out of barnsley is shift work only time they do a night out is of they do a bridgewater . A driver left our place about 2 year ago and then his shift patern changed about 2 week later so he was working about 5 weekends out of 8 on salary that really is not that good for all the weekends you work

Yeah, Think jobs were advertised as 5 days from 7. Also think that it’s was worded that you could be driving artic one day, then rigid or 12t the next.
We sub for them, and I sometimes get sent there. Steady enough work, all routed for you with drop/coll order. All seem ok in office when speak to them
