I was in Kendal this week and spotted a famous lorry landmark in a car park. Those that remember will recognise it as one of seven clocks which were erected by Leyland Motors. It got me thinking about the whereabouts of the other six, and whether any of them are in existence. Does anyone know■■?

I have an idea that the late Bob Brady, father, not son, bought one. He died a couple of years ago, and I’m not sure what happened to it. Possibly Bewick will know?
