Well ,… I was there ,… but there was so many onlookers crawling over the chassis , under the chassis, counting the pots behind the cab ,… that I was unable to take any photographs . Please do not think I have let you down , (Dennis , Lance , etc…), but summat special must`ve been there to see .
…and Elvis said the Chip Shop was closed today .

Here is one for the cattle wagon man. There are three hauliers in this picture myself, W.H. Holmes and Sam Anderson. This was the first artic that Holmes acquired ex Sam Andersons. i remember sitting in a brand new 140 scania sleeper cab at Joe lane Garstang. I would like to see any pictures of this wagon.
