Whilst at the Long Haul Club on Saturday night, I enjoyed a presentation given by John Comer from Volvo. Before the presentation there was a DVD playing on the screen featuring Wests of Scotland. The footage on this DVD was excellent, does anybody know where I could get a copy or know the title of the film.

Hi lance,how many trucks are you running now,the four white ones look very classy with there sign writing .the blue one looks good now,is that your as well. have the laws changed now,because all the English trucks I look at are all top line cabs now.everything looks to be going well over there,I’ve flicked through this site there awe some smart trucks around the joint. Hope you are well and Speke soon

The Wests of Scotland film is set in the early eighties, hauling dump trucks and plant down the A74. Lots of Sed Atk 400’s with 290’s in (Chris Bolton’s spec) if you see the film you will know what I mean Micky P and Guesty 44. I think the film is something to do with Ravenscraig Steelworks, as they are in there loading up with Macks , Volvos and Sed Atks all in Chris Bolton spec.

Have some good memories of 401sed Atkins .sorry to here about kussy hope he is ok would you say g’day to him next time you see him .on a good note it’s good to here names like kussy and you others but then alcohol always crops up funny that
