Hi lance,
Whilst over in Belgium recently we met the owner of this f88,that we have seen many times in the past.this year the 88 was unable to make the show because,as the owner explained the compressor is building air pressure but the brakes will not release.the frustrated Belgian owner asked us for any help or ideas on what is wrong, almost in unison steelboyf10 and I looked at the owner and said one name.lance Biscomb, what do you reckon it needs done to it mate?
Four way valve.
Lance Biscomb:

Thanks lance, though you knowing me aswell as you do,you won’t be surprised at my next questions, what does it look like and where is that located please?
Regards andrew.

Hi m8 it has 4 top hats on it, will be in chassis or near air tanks? Gb
Saw an L.B. fh this morning coming down swansea valley joining m4 at j 45.didn’t get apic or reg no.
Here you are Sayley, sold to the man in the dark glasses and the white stick .
P.S. nobody has picked up on the trick answer a F88 does not have a 4 way valve.
Hi lb,
No wonder my belgie mate was confused when I told him to change the four way am guessing there is a connection here with three line braking circuits
so what would stop the belgie s brakes releasing
Regards andrew.
The first picture of the FH is apt just missing the “Y”
