Does anybody have any information on Lambert Brothers, who run out of Eastleigh, such as wages, conditions, wagons, and what types of work they do?

General haulage, Pallet network work and some dangerous goods.
Never actually worked for them but they have a good reputation, and lots of very long term drivers. Worth a look I would think.
According to Commercial motor they have been taken over by a company called Kinaxia.
Don’t know if thats a good or bad thing■■?

I saw that this morning when I goggled them, tango. I have no idea who Kinaxia are tbh
I didn’t know they’d been taken-over. It’s a shame, it was still a family run business until then.
Probably a backward step, from family to who knows who.

I work for a small well run family firm in Essex,and we have been taken over,invested in by kinnexia.If Lambert brothers goes the same way as us then it will be a bad thing.They will suddenly have lots of new faces in the office who really dont give a ■■■■ about the drivers,its all about making money for the 2 blokes who are Kinnexia,who alot of our drivers have never been introduced to.If anybody from Lambert brothers reads this tell your bosses to get out of it if they can.Our boss is regretting the day he got involved with them,but we are now to far down the line,

I used to drive for William Kirk who got took over by them and didn’t really see much change in the way the firm was ran.

My company too has been taken (or invested in) over by Kinaxia and to be honest I’ve not noticed much difference but also I’ve no idea what the aim of this group who have taken over a load of similar companies is.
What I do know is that each MD of each company that has been taken over sits on the board at Kinaxia.

Copy and paste the Kinaxia name in google. You will see they are part of the group.
