Many of us will know of the young lady in a beaten up old white car,that did the "rounds"at the Cabbage Patch.She was a nurse in the day.Long black hair,pretty.She did not want any business with me,as i could never get a parking place,it was allways full from 3pm.She would only work in the BP,and nowhere else.Gendarmes were ok with her on duty there.The Dutch drivers would verbally abuse her,for some reason.Cant remember her name.In the other Rouiter,by the bridge,there are some old bangers that go around with a van and some bloke driving for her.Tend to eat in Josephs,run by Algerian or Moroccons.It is behind the big Rouitier,walk through the path. 
Not a lot of point rushing down to the cabbage patch, the n10 was wall to wall with minette 
The big routier was full of gays but the Albatross did a nice meal
That would be Stella, she was a bit picky about who she would go with, one of our drivers used to partake in her services and she wouldn’t go with any of the others as it was like cheating on him, but she would come into the cab for a cup of tea and a chat if things were quiet

She had a white Peugeot 205 and her name escapes me at the moment, (certain it was a french sounding name like Yvette) & I thought she was a primary school teacher.

Stella,that was it.Pretty girl,must be old now.Loads of ladies in the woods on the side of the national 10,some crackers along with the housewives earning some extra shopping money for the hubby.No room to stop a wagon,as they catered for the travelling car drivers.down the small forest tracks.There was a few near Vivone,but do not see any now on that road. 
Theve all come to Spain!!
Never partook of her services but I’d often make Stella a cuppa if I was brewing up. She was a canny enough lass.
