Drivers going at Tadcaster, and the DC at Normanton.
Ken.
no one can afford to drink any longer, pubs close down daily, no deliveries equals no drivers

Entirely the fault of the brewery’s, greedy sods.

I was made redundant from Tradeteam a few years ago , you could sit and blame brewery’s all you like but it’s tax on each pint and the fact that supermarkets can sell booze for as little as they like that has caused this , who is going to pay nearly £4 for a pint of Fosters when you can buy a four pack of premium lager for that at Toscos .
I hate what Supermarkets have done to this country , they should of only ever been allowed to sell household goods from the start … Sorry rant over lol

Also a lack of choice in many of my locals stops me frequenting them. £3+ for a gash pint of fosters or carling compared to a whetherspoons premium lager for less. I prefer my local for many reasons but don’t drink in it often because there is simply no value. That’s not the super markets fault, the greedy brewery owners coupled with a greedy government that needs to raise tax from us working men to pay for a constant array of ■■■■ ups including banning smoking has led to this sorry situation.
I don’t think people go to the pub like they used to either as a lifestyle choice, but with the above having a knock on effect it won’t get people’s bums back in to pubs any time soon.
