Ahhh…Makes sense. Hull Container Terminal and all the Lo-Lo terminals and yards at Felixstowe use the imperial, as do P&O at Hull when you’re exporting or collecting a 30ft Bulk Box.
Saying that, it’s been about 4 years since I went into either, so it could have gone all metric since… 
Btw, if you pull for us you’ll have to learn what a Jumbo or 40JSW is. 
(It’s what the rest of the world calls a 40ft High Cube Pallet Wide. But apparently we invented them so we can call them what we like.
