I remember few Years ago talking to a Owner Driver about Fuel Price.
He fueled up in Belgium and ignored the cheaper Fuel in Luxembourg.
Reason=He gets the Tax quicker back in Belgium,and he needs the Money earlier as it helps more then a few Pennies more to a later Date.
The company I used to drive for didn’t want us refuelling in Luxembourg something about a higher VAT rate in Belgium and not wasting time queuing for the bloody stuff
