Hey all im having trouble with my King 4 axle low loader. Its fitted with the latest EBSE elictronics and its a real [zb] of a thing.
So here is a list of whats went wrong so far.
Blew two of the mid axle chambers clean off the mounts TWICE.
Snapped the rear lift axle wire rope.
Wrote off 3 cars when the the rear steer mecanism failed.
Needed the ride hight adjusted 3 times to match the tractor unit. (Same unit)
Crushed TWO steering locking plungers when the ride hight failed.
And the latest it needs the system reset for the SIXTH time.
Its all WABCO kit thats fitted and runs on GIGANT axles. We also have a 3 axle GTS which is the same year and spec minus the rear axle and have had no problem with that.
We have spent hundreds on having contractors in to plug into the diagnostics and rectifi the problems.
Im looking at the TEXA AXONE system for doing self diagnostics this seems to be the prefered system by the contractors we get in.
Anyway if anyone else has had trouble with there four axle King give me a shout as im getting really [zb] of with King giving me crap excuses and blaming the tractor unit or the operator.

Have you had a ride down to Riverside. I was quite surprised at what I found while delivering there. It certainly didn’t look like a modern state of the art manufacturing plant
