Meny years ago when the M5 between J6 and Strensham was made into 3 lanes i was in charge of the cones at night 
The amount of wagons that thought it was funny to take out the tapers at the start of each section was ridiculus, imagin if you will some poor guy putting the cones back (normaly me) and the next wagon doing the same thing at night when we are still there.
It’s not funny at all , its bloody dangerous.
