Get training before you used your lawn mower did you? How about proper training to ride a push bike? Been on a course to learn to operate every car you’ve owned?
Jeez, no wonder we have an East European invasion going on.
Where i used to work the company had an agreement with a few local farmers that we could load ourselves at any time.So very often at 1 or 2 am i would be loading wheat at some remote barn trundle back get another trailer and repeat Oh the joys of nightshifts at a grain merchant

me too, was fun loading it onto a step frame in the middle of a field at 3am
