KENWORTH W900L Aero fuller 12 speed problem

Hi all

I need some help with one of our trucks, Kenworth W900L CAT 500 with Fuller 12 speed.

Problem that the gearstick is, hit & hope, I am guessing gearlinkage is loose or the rubber mount for gearstick is perished.

When you try to select a gear, they are not in the corrct H shape, tbh they could be in any shape

any help appreciated

Have you tried the truck forums in the USA they are very helpful and like the fact that you are a Brit, so go out of their way to help :sunglasses:

Sounds like a bent selector fork to me!

Ran a kenworth W900L for a few years with a Fuller 'box and to be honest it was one of the nicest gearboxes I’ve ever used. No need for a clutch once you get moving…clutchless fast shifts all day long without any bother. The gearlever normally goes straight into the gearbox in the W900…whatever is wrong,should be easily diagnosable.

Is it all the gears or just 4th and 5th?
