Kelsall Steam/Vintage rally this weekend: Pictures so far!

I tuned in to this honey alright

Hi Billy,
That looked a big show with a lot of older lorries and other vehicles taking part. I recognised some of the vehicles from seeing them at other shows, but there was also a lot which I hadn’t seen before.
Thanks for posting them.
Cheers Dave.

Great photos Cavlad. Was going to go myself (which I usually do) but the weather put me off this year. Some I haven’t seen before also.

I believe the show was cancelled at 8am today. I’d considered going - glad I didn’t.

Tim

We saw several of Lloyds of Ludlow AEC’s heading back down the A49 at Craven Arms about 11.30 this morning. Also saw some more old motors later which I presume were heading home from Kelsall.Shame if the weather curtailed it.
Cheers Dave.

what a cracking load of pic’s,well done cavlad   .

Many thanks gents and glad I went yesterday now! It was absolutely lobbing it down last night and the fields there yesterday were already quite badly bogging down, so I suppose it’s understandable it was cancelled today. I think a lot of people stop over as there was a caravan/motorhome area in the adjoining field.
Sorry some of the pic’s didn’t come out especially well, the dull day/rain didn’t help. It was a shame because there were loads of really clean trucks there.
The two AECs (W.Partington and ADH 779L) were just superb, it’d be almost impossible to do justice to them in pictures.

*Edited for spelling!
