Now i know u have to keep a months worth of tacos, now do i HAVE to give them to my employer once i dont need them even though they do downloads of the card every so often? just wondered this as its a pain in the arse going up to the office to give them in

you don’t have to keep them for 28 days you have to have 28 days plus the current day, if you are now on digi card as each week go by take the paper chart to the office and hand them in.once you have no more charts you just have to have the card download within 28 days as it starts overwriting if you have had to take any printout hand them in as normal
Example
you have 28 charts for 4 weeks say you do a week in the digi card truck hand in you weeks charts so you still have 3 week paper charts and you will have one weeks digicard and so on till no more charts

sorry mate, so you have to do a printout every day and there also download you if that’s the case then it’s a company thing you do not need to print out unless you have something you have done wrong and need to make a note on the print out
if you were stopped there will look at you card and any printouts you have done to see the mistake IE mode switch error or something like that

if your company wants you to do that and there paying for the paper you will just have to put up with it
what i would do is ask your TM if there wants printouts all the time, or just when you have to take a print out for a mistake and if you do take a print out for a mistake just remember to keep it for 28 day from date of printout just in case you get stopped by the wheel tappers

It’s also a good idea to take an extra print out, if you make a mistake and write your excuse on both.
Hand one in as usual, keep the other one for your own records, somewhere safe.
If they want print-outs for every day, for some peculiar reason (it might be worth asking why), any they actually need could possibly become ‘lost’ in the deluge.
