Agencies also i have called and filled in applications for 4 in the norfolk area.
Im getting a bit fed up now also going on EDP24 every day also jobcentre pluss. What more can i do to get a job im even looking in to doing night work im only a class 2 driver. I look at jobs in thetford and many other places thetford though is 40+ miles away so the extra i earn in wages will go on petrol.
Any of you guys recomend any more i can do to get a job
Thx long way to travel to work though so i think i will leave that one ive bought me house down here no plans to move for another few years. And when i do i think its gonna be usa new york new windsor.

I applied for a job with Jewsons in Yarmouth a while back, it was in the showroom rather than on the road. They never even got back to me, and I’ve got plenty of experience in bathroom sales.
Did you never have any luck with Contract Personnel?
Yeah m8 called them cant guarantee (or how ever u spell it) work so cant really go with them, as i can only have 3 temp jobs then i lose my insurance for my mortgage so need more full time.
It was about 2-3 weeks ago now. It was in the Evening News at the time and coming up on EDP24 online as well, might be worth ringing them. You know the company I mean? On the ring road between Earlham Rd and Dereham Rd, near the Discount Golf shop.
Unless I get a job actually in Scunny, I have 30-60 miles depending on wher eI get sorted, i.e. Doncaster, Grimsby, Lincoln, Sheffield, Leeds etc. Plenty of jobs in south and west yorks for me but I’ll add a couple of thousand miles a month onto the motorbike - but hey, not as bad as the old days of commuting Donny to Nottingham I used to do daily
I’ve been doing that Yarmouth to Thetford commute a bit recently, and I think it’s too far. Too much time and cost to make it worth it ordinarily…I’ve been getting paid travel for it and I still don’t like it.
