Can recommend having these in cab for a bite, not of the plastic & e number sort of thing as Pot Noodles, but a not bad little bite when you need a hot bit of munch if you can boil some water.
Anyway I just had a chicken,ginger,chilli, corriander & spring onion jobbie & it was a good deal nicer & heather than a burger king etc in an MSA.
if you like spicy then yeah ( I don’t) but very low calories and fat etc so a good healthy meal / snack.
what I will say is either I made mine wrong but it was very liquid.

Any supermarket. Check the pot snacks or world food isles. Been out a while now and I must admit they are nice for instant noodle fare.
I’ve had the naked noodle ones , think they are a noodle soup but are okay , I’ll have a look cheers
