TBH,i can not see the problem here, maybe the Gsdās get crazy if the boot was shut or they get car sickness.I had Gsdās.Amazing breed. They would die first to protect you.
In the RAF they call them Furry Razor blades.
Walking mine down the street,i got comments of āI should not bring a dangerous dog to town.ā.
Mums would pick up their kids too.
Ahh leave them be. Thereās nothing happier than a dog with his head out the window, mouth open and tongue trailing behind his ear. An open tailgate would be quite tame in comparison.

my friend thatās a girl has a GSDā¦iām not a dog lover as such, but agree,GSDās are amazing
Watching those TV Police documentaries, Police dogs react to the sirens and can tell by their owners excited voice tones in a car chase, that there is some serious biting time looming.Or a long chase to nab a criminal.

I have two White GSDās, one dog, one ā ā ā ā ā .
The ā ā ā ā ā certainly can be said Furty Razor Blade, the dog though, despite being twice the ā ā ā ā ā ā ā size (feet like lion paws!) is the softest dog Iāve ever known! He wonāt go outside after dark unless accompanied (!) but, never has an accident overnight because of itā¦
I often get similar ādangerous dogā comments, the truth though is quite different.
Even had a Police car pull up along side me whilst walking them both just so the officers could have a fuss with them both!!
Wonderful dogs, mine travel in the boot too although I do have an estate car!!

I found when travelling with the tailgate open, moving an internal house door, the exhaust fumes were drawn back into the car. Horrible smell and took ages to disperse. Canāt think that the dogs would have found that very comfortable.
