Id imagine the toughest job in the UK if your a Stobart driver would be trying not to kick the head in of the umpteenth person who wants to get their picture taken with the truck when your trying to have your 45

He managed 5 before he ran out of his hours,2 had to be dropped off at another Stobarts depot to be re-done the next day

There is always tomorrow 
If you know the run ok, if you don’t then it will always take you longer
I do regular runs on occassion and I will defy ANYONE to beat me to do it!! Reason!! I know exactly where to put trailer for delivery & collection. I know all people that work there (they know me as well) things run smooth like clockwork, breaks etc (salaried).
New drivers have to ask and be told/explained procedures etc. This all adds up to time.
Some of you seem to forget that you were the new boy once Think on - I still go to new places and have to endure the learning process.
