Personally I think all drivers should be paid for breaks by law…

It’s true. I have a mate on “burners” on the yara contract. He’s paid day rate and percentag e. He never tips on break or poa and screwed them last week by turning up in the yard at 0830 on friday, announcing that he was already an hour over 60. They said it didn’t matter on percentage but he said stuff it, nobody gets paid for more than 60 hrs 
I feel lucky i get a daily rate my day is 6.30 to 5.30 And its very rare im not parked up by 4.30
