Wouldent it be an idear if some clever person set up a web site where a driver looking for work set up a page with cv ect and employers when looking for a driver could look through and then contact the people they thought matched there requirements just a thought
Isn’t that pretty much the service that recruitment agencies provide when they’re dealing with permanent vacancies?
To be honest for every vacancy we have, we get loads of applications delivered straight to our door - why would we need to look at random websites?
Personally i cant abide dealing with agencies plus surley you pay a fee to them my experience with them has always been negative you send cv they dont contact you , you ring them they never ring back they claim they have vacencies … my wife tried secretarial agencies there just the same be great to just bypass them
