If we’re out of the EU, we can ditch the yuman rights charter, and instead of a 2nd referendum on Brexit - have a FIRST one on “bring back hanging” for 12-0 juries on mass murder/child murder and Terrorism offences… Maybe chuck “taking bribes from foreigners against your own country” (i.e. “Treason”) as “99 years without parole”.
