You been reading some of that trash on facebook? why would you lose pay, holiday etc under TUPE? see what the actual contract conditions are rather than what some faceaches guess they might be. For a start the units are in Morrisons’ colours can you really see them accepting a unit in their livery being used on general haulage, let alone parked up on the services overnight?
