“Drivers with no more than 9 points”? That doesn’t sound like the sort of job a newbie wants.
Well, it gets them the experience, I don’t think some can be to picky in this day an age when struggling to find work with the min 2 years exp, just an option for newbies that’s all

In a lot of drivers jobs this criteria is put in the advert.
Its a generic agency ad. Been there, done that. I don’t think I was ever placed on the contract that was on the original ad. Not saying agency is bad, I loved the work I got on agency (mostly). I was safe in the knowledge that if I didn’t like a place I didn’t have to go back, I was paid by the hour and was on more money compared to the employed lot. Shame it didn’t give me regular work because I’d still be doing it now.
