I have my test booked for Friday week, any tips on getting jobs as a new driver in the Bristol area. I am will to work days nights weekends etc… Also any companies I should stay away from.

Most firms ignore emails these days.If visiting,go at a quiet time and leave a passport sized photo so they remember.

Before i started class 2 training i done a few days with them last year as a drivers mate at harveys furniture store and know how. A few months later had my class 2 phoned them up and they offerd me class 2 work with may gurney.
I decided i didn’t want to do class 2 work so declined there offer and done my class one.
Unique recently phoned me up offering me class 1 tramping work with downtons and i turned that down as im in full time employment class 1 tramping with less than a years experience.
Wainwright a quarries don’t employ anyone direct Toby it’s all franchise owner drivers at Moons Hill now.
Paul Smart won’t take on new passes and if you’d seen how he keeps his kit you’ll understand why.
