LGV Class C&E Drivers
£11.40 per hr + benefits
Temporary & permanent positions available

We’re looking for reliable and experienced people to operate a LGV to carry out multi-drop deliveries of chilled, ambient and frozen food to stores in a safe and professional manner - ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times. You’ll be highly motivated and possess a positive and flexible attitude to work with the ability to work on your own initiative to specified deadlines. Shifts will include weekends plus any two other days.

Applicants must hold a clean C+E licence along with a current digital tacho card with a minimum of two years driving experience.

£11.40 an hour for weekends i didn’t think was tht good

Its not great for w/ends but about the same as Stobarts?
Not bad for the other 2 days IF its the same.

If you pretended you were getting £9.40 weekdays & £13.40 at w/ends it wouldn’t look too bad would it?

I stopped reading already before the end of the 1st line as soon as i got to the words “multi-drop.”

The job is not that bad …its getting into some of the shops that can be a bit of a pain…(co-op) :confused:

Sorry Harry but your dicks a bloater
its 11.40hr + 1.50hr shift pay 7pm-7am
multidrop can mean upto 15 drops on a run
the job itself is sh-it dragging cages weighing up to 300kgs over an uneven surface (cobbles, broken pavements, across main roads)
Ignorant fat smelly smoking tea stained minimum wage monkeys on the back door. (and thats the good looking ones)
Absolute frigging nightmare shops to deliver to
but hey at least its a job.
