I would say that they are recruiting 2nd man jobs as surely the driver would be a ā€œcustomer fulfilment technicianā€?

Perhaps customer fulfillment assistants arenā€™t considered mobile workers and wouldnā€™t therefore need the different contract associated with a drivers contract.meaning less training risk assessments etcā€¦everyone gets paid except the chiropractor

Depends what the customers requirements are that they fulfil, they probably all have different needs.
