back again folks now we been told all drivers will be transfered to agency dunno what is gonna be like now im doing artic licence next couple of weeks,its all dodgy here. all i said its true,spoke to some other guys some get part wage in cash rest on account some like me on hand but now its gonna be thru agency i will update on tuesday.thanks for reading and advices,also payslips shows 28,10 hours but i have done 51 last week they saving on tax i think,what a crap once i pass CE IM OUT OF IT!
Unless you are rich, which i doubt, then tell them to shove it. The insurance excess is not your problem.

if you did 51, and only paid 28.10, and you accept it then you are a fool, go to inland revenue and grass said company up.
you choose to work under these conditions so why moan.

because i would lose my job and there is no jobs as you know and i have to pay rent and do some shopping from time to time,i got paid for 51 hours but payslips shows 28

They may even consider you to be complicit in said fraud.

Happened to me once.
Boss sent clipped a letter to everyone’s tacho peg a letter saying the same.
Most people wrote their resignations on the back of it and he didn’t have to worry about his wagons being in accidents.
