We offer an attractive package:
-Standard hours: Mon-Fri 7.00am-4.45pm with 45 mins lunch-break unpaid.
-Daily turning-up allowance plus 9 paid hours guaranteed
-Time-and-a-half 6-7am and 4.45-6pm Monday-Friday. Happy Hour - perhaps your unpaid 45m is in this narrow section?
-Double-time 6pm-6am Monday-Friday, bank holidays and weekends. But it’s day work…
-Staying-out allowance. £25 perhaps for being out an extra 9 hours at least… Less than £3ph. …
-Bonus scheme. For crossing picket lines, or otherwise stepping on your colleagues feet, and playing the “firms boy”…
-Full-time (i.e. not seasonal). Bully for you if that means you’ll get more than 4 shifts in January in the snow and ice.
-22 days holiday per year (20 days in first year). You’re entitled to 20 days a year by law already.
-Generous contributory pension and health schemes to opt in to after first year. “Contributory” pensions are by their nature NOT “generous”. That would instead be a “non contributory” pension like the Police one… Don’t be fooled by nice sounding names like the CARE scheme which takes your first three years contributions absolutely free for those that get paid a commission to set it up… If a health scheme is “contributory”, you can bet your PPE boots that those with serious medical issues in their lives won’t be able to afford the jacked-up contributions as a result…
All in all, they’re not giving away much are they?
You are a miserable sod. It could be much better than what some are already on now.

+1
Talk about reading between the lines.
I’ve no idea what the wages are etc, but sounds like a decent job to me.
What a complete load of ■■■■■■■■ the post from Winseer is, nothing new there I know.
Applying your own totally uninformed logic to something in a sad attempt to appear clever truly is sad.
I’m not the miserable one that thinks its cool to uphold jobs like that.
Funny how everything an agency says is a “lie”, yet anything labelled “full time job” that’s full of misleading information, and duly criticised - has the working population treating the prospective employer as if they were God…

Package worth approx. £23,900 p.a. basic, £27,200 with typical overtime and bonus, plus benefits.
The only thing I can see wrong is the 22 days holidays, in the UK we’re now entitled to 5.6 weeks per year (28 days) so that would need to be sorted out, but otherwise it looks like it could be a decent job for someone

Not compared to some of the rates people on here have said they’re getting paid at the moment
FYI it’s a cracking job dead easy great company to work for I know I work for them at Retford
As far as I’m aware the holiday thing is normal, the rest is made up of bank holidays.

What are you comparing it to, jobs in your part of the Country or jobs in that part of the Country?
And I know plenty that would love a job paying £10.21 per hour basic with time and half and double time on top.

Why advertise a class 2 job and specify “must have class 1”?
The “client” sounds like Hacklings of Bourton On The Water.
It’s not
