If you look in your local paper,by law an operator has to to place an advert to state he/she is applying for an O licence for additional tractor units or trailers,they could be expanding their operations and may need new staff,the address is given,google for the phone number and speculate if they need a new driver for the additional truck to their fleet,it could be a new start up too,get in before the crowds apply for the job or jobs.
The notice of the application has to be published in a newspaper circulating in the locality of the relevant operating centre. It cannot be a free newspaper that gets all its revenue from advertising
