Description
You will deliver/collect goods as instructed in an efficient and courteous manner to and from designated Clinics and other sites. In the case of a home delivery, the delivery must be made to the room/location of the Patients choice (subject to Drivers Health & Safety Regulations), whilst ensuring that all deliveries are correct.You will carry out daily vehicle checks. Ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Report defects immediately & fully comply with EU Drivers hour’s regs. You will be required to be away from home for up to 2 nights per week & will receive additional meal/night allowances. There is also a requirement to work Saturday on a rotational basis, currently one Sat in four. Early start times of 3am could be a factor as is the need to overload your deliveries, often by yourself.
